The service

Jean Phil AI Video lets you turn photos into short AI generated dance videos using templates. It is an independent fan-made tool and is not affiliated with the creator of Jean Philanthrope, TikTok, Instagram or any crypto token. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Your photos

• Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have agreed to appear.
• You must have the right to upload the photo.
• You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to process them, including sending them to the AI services we use, only to make the videos you ask for.
• Do not upload photos of strangers, celebrities, public figures or other people's children.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to impersonate a real person, to deceive or harass anyone, to make sexual, hateful or violent content, or to break the law. We may refuse or remove any video and close accounts that do.

AI labelling

Videos made here are AI generated. When you share one, label it as AI generated.

Credits and payment

• Videos are paid for with credits that you buy in packs. The credit cost of a video is shown before you generate it.
• Credits do not expire and have no cash value.
• If a video fails to generate, the credits for it are returned automatically.
• Credit packs are non-refundable once bought, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If something went wrong that we caused, write to us.

Using your videos

You may download your videos and use them for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as posting them on social media. The videos have no sound. Do not add music you have no licence for. For commercial use, write to us first.

Availability

We try to keep the site running but do not promise it will always be available or that every video will turn out as you hoped. Results depend on the photos you provide.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
