What Jean Phil AI Video collects, how your photos and videos are handled, who processes them, and how to ask us to delete them.
Last updated: 2026-10-08
Summary
You give us photos so we can make a video of you. We use them for that and for nothing else. We do not sell your data, we do not show your photos to other users, and you can ask us to delete your photos and videos at any time.
What we collect
- Account details. Your name and email address, or the profile you share when you sign in with Google.
- Photos you upload. The photos you add to a template, and the character images we make from them.
- Videos we make. The finished MP4 files, which appear in My videos.
- Payment details. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation and the credit pack you bought, but not your full card number.
- Usage data. Pages visited, device and browser type, and error reports, used to keep the site working. We use cookies for sign-in and for remembering your theme.
How we use it
- To make the videos you ask for and to let you retry a failed video.
- To run your account, credits and purchases.
- To keep the service secure and to prevent abuse.
- To answer your emails.
Who processes your photos
Making a video needs AI image and video services. When you press Generate, your photos and the character images made from them are sent to those services to produce the result. We choose providers that process data to deliver the service, and we send only what is needed for that video. We do not use your photos to train our own models.
How long we keep things
Photos and videos stay on our storage until you ask us to delete them or until we remove the service. Account details stay while your account exists. You can email us to delete your photos, your videos, or your whole account, and we will do so.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the providers described above, with our payment processor, where the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our users.
Photos of other people
Only upload photos of yourself or of people who agreed. If you upload someone else's photo, you confirm that you have their permission. If a person asks us to remove a photo of them, we will.
Children
The service is not for children under 16 and you must not upload photos of children unless you are their parent or guardian.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data. Write to the email address in the footer of every page.
